The Division, founded more than 50 years ago, embodies a program of Lifelong education, which has always been part and parcel of the University policy. The Correspondence Study Division employs leading experts of TIT Program Degree granting Departments, its structure being flexible and compact, so as to keep pace with challenging demands of the times. On one hand, it presupposes constant improvement of correspondence study technologies; on the other it follows the traditions of Russian Higher Education, according to which students must have wide opportunities for personal contact with tutors.
